stopped for a sec to talk to older man who was holding his barking dog back from a deer :-p
cute dog :) dogs, any kind, remind me of Nugget. I miss him.
glad i got out today. tomorrow will be a short run. debating on tempo, or hills. it will be my last run
before 5k on sat. morn. ugh, didn't train for this one, so hopefully i'll be ok. shooting for 8 min miles or better.
we shall see.
