Good pace, always feel like I'm workin harder when I run with Tony. I know
I can nail my tempo runs at 8:30-8:45?? So what's with 9 min miles feeling
like a marathon when I run with Koopa? :-p haha
Must just be pressure I put on myself :-p
Pretty morning, took Brennan to DATA, Braison at work :) Feeling Blessed at
