Notes

A little hesitant to get on the hills so soon, but felt that I could :) My hip is feeling well so I gave it a go. Stretched afterward at the mini ampitheatre and when I got home. MIGHT go back for 2 miles in a couple of hours. Beautiful day outside. Sun and sixties :)

Felt a little winded, but I'll be back to where I was soon. 9:30 on the hills is decent. 2 months with no running and just bike has set me back. I'll be better for it :)
