Day 19

Negative splits haven't been my thing since I jacked up my foot. 9 min miles? I'm no speedster, but 8:30 was my norm before foot problems : / That's a big difference. Wonder if I can still run sub 8 miles for races??? Checked the calendar and haven't seen any local 5k's. Still glad to be running though.

Today ran with Braison first 2 miles (which was his warm up) We ran from our house to neighborhood by Comanche and back home. 5 miles. Weather was cool, but quickly getting humid. Judson bridge is a good hill, and steady hill up to Wood is a good workout.

Need to work on strength at end of my runs.
