Notes

First 1/4 mile run since injury in May. It felt super good to run again. My ankle area felt a little shaky, but it'll get stronger. I forgot how liberating running was. I enjoyed my 3 min. run and look forward to building my distance up again. I wanted to keep going :) Had to stop per Doc's orders. It wasn't easy to stop!
