Plan was to cruise 5K and race 3K
1- 6:24
2- 6:35 (mild uphill)
3-4 6:15 stepped on gas at mile 4, picking off runners one by one.
5- 5:35 cruised to finish careful of hamstring which was tightening slightly on huge downhill.
Effort felt great, right on plan. Approach was good felt warmed up about ten min in.
