really nice run on the Seaview Estate Trails in Abescon, NJ... awesome place to run, shady + soft surface + winding + not that technical trails is a very nice break from running on the roads down here and my favorite type of running (very similar to Guana River State Park in Jville)... crazy that it took 10+ years of running down the shore to find a great place to train near Ventnor, only bummer is that i fell with 30s to go
