10 mile progression tempo on the Bikepath. No GPS watch so used the mile markers on the trail. Splits (in trainers due to ice/snow):
53:00 total time (5:18 avg.). 27:10 out and then 25:50 back.
Pretty meh workout. Wanted to be closer to 5:05-5:10 but the effort was good enough given the circumstances. Closed hard the last 800m trying to catch a biker that almost rode me off the trail.
