Great workout today. Format was 4x1k, 800, 4x600 with 1 min rest, 3 min rest, and 2:30 rest respectively. I felt great, very smooth and controlled. Splits were 3:02, 3:02, 3:02, 3:00, 2:10, 1:39, 1:39, 1:35, 1:35. Closed the last 200 of the last two 600s at a good pace, I felt really strong today. I am very excited for this 3k, I know I am ready to compete with anyone.
