Felt like lower humiditiy today, but says 84%, only did one bottle of water instead of 2 like last time. First 3 miles no stop, first time for that. Dr. H past me at GMP. 25 minute cool down around block with stretches. Little over my desired time but that's ok at this point. Did much fewer rest breaks this time. Stopped at 3, 4, 5 for water drink. Other than that only couple other brief stops for 10 to 20 steps.
