great run after 3 day rest. kept stronger pace on 1st mile, and tried to do bigger strides on second mile. felt good. just a little tinge on left ankle, outside. r knee was fine. 152 hr at end. still coughing but doesnt' affect breath. only took 20 second break at one mile and 10 sec during mile 2.
