One full training week! I cannot remember the last time I did two workouts and a long run in one week.
The weather was pretty nice today, about 38F, 3C, which is fine for a longer run, although honestly I would love warmer weather. The was plenty of sun so that was a plus.
The terrain is pretty mixed on this route, the footing in the trails by the Mur river can be sketchy with snow and rocks and a mildly terrifying drop off a cliff, but other parts of the run were hard asphalt and very flat, and even some brief dirt trails in the Murwald.
My sister Freddie is running a marathon today!
