I was planning on going a different route today, but my right leg was feeling a bit of IT band pain by my knee so I just did the route that has the best footing around here, and as flat as possible. Besides the IT pain, I felt great. If I'm going to train more seriously, I'll have to take the recovery more seriously too. So, I'll be doing some stretching today.
