4x0.25mi (4x800m). I tried to find a reasonable loop on some grass near the ocean. It was relatively flat, but did have some slight elevation change. I could tell that I've had several days off because I felt pretty fresh. Afterward I was definitely beat, but it felt really good to get out there and do a workout after so many days "off". I say "off" because even though I haven't run in 4 days, we've been in Hawaii and have been pretty active (swimming, hiking, biking, etc.).
