First time doing any sort of hill in a really long time. This was a warmup for the R-paced running I did. The way back felt harder (obviously in part because I'd just completd 8x400m).
INJURY NOTE: I noticed pain in both my left hip and right knee on the way back from this run, after the 4x800m. I don't know why because I haven't had this pain while running recently. The left hip hurt right at the joint (kind of achey), and the right knee hurt actually below the knee in the upper tibia. Feels more like the start of shin splints or tendon pain.
