Red trail with Tim AND Nate. The Bellevue Trio back together again. Cool morning but not as cool as it was supposed to be, was over dressed, but I guess thats better than not being warm enough. Felt excellent for pretty much the entire run. Bounded up the hills and bombed it down a couple at the end. Probably ran too hard but felt good to be running strong in the woods with my friends.
