Notes
Nice little 10k out temple road across Old Natchez to Moran and back. Pretty hilly in places but kept good pace, especially at the end. Fortuneatly my achilles problem has disappeared but my right knee hurt really bad after this run and anytime we were going downhill. It's thursday now and it didn't bother me today but worried it could come back. No track today due to a comedy of errors but probably not a bad day to take off.
