Richland Ramble, led by Dan, great tour of West Nashville. Started at Elmington Park just off of West End. Took it easy and just tried to run with Dan for the first half. Great greenway around Richland Creek that I didn't know about. Achilles felt good today but my right knee bothered me when I got up this morning. Probably related to bad form from the achilles. Stopped to regroup about mile 6 and I paired up with Ed for the Love Cirlce portion. Great hill, didn't push it. Ran back to the park w Ed then did a mile out and back on my own to get to 10. Humid but good weather in general. Would have like water somewhere in there but overall a great run.
