Notes

Missed the warmup, strides and the first set of intervals. Jumped in on the second set, an 800 followed by 4x200(100) then another 800 then 4x200(50). Overall a tough workout. Even missing the first mile. Did an extra 200 with the second group as they were finishing. Got a decent warmdown. Temp was good. Rained hard the whole time.
