Pace: A little faster than tempo, definitely faster than last week

How I felt: Outstanding. This workout boosted my confidence so much. I think I am simply more comfortable than last week overall. Today, at the 1000 I was splitting much faster than my splits last week (granted I did get more rest in this workout), Regardless, I feel very good about where I am at the moment.
