Notes

This was the first time I have ever done a run on a beach, and I thought it would feel good if I ran barefoot. I regret that decision because after running on the hard-packed sand and rocks for 50 min, the bottoms of my feet were scraped up. It hurt to run, and I even took a 2 min. break mid-run to rest my feet. Luckily scrapes don't last very long, so running barefoot did not cause any long-term injuries (I am writing this days after by the way). Next time I will wear shoes.
