I felt great today. My first day of following coach's summer training schedule. My long season prevented me from doing anything in June, but now my rest is officially over and I am ready to follow the schedule. Today, I took the minimum amount of time, 35 minutes, because I want to start out nice and easy. I have plenty of hard training to do this summer, so no point in doing too much too early.
