I ran easy for the first 40 minutes, then for the last 10 minutes I picked up the pace a lot. I made it into a bit of a tempo-paced workout. It felt really good to run somewhat fast again after taking so much time off from it. It felt very natural, and there was a hill toward the end that did not bother me. Great run!
