started out faster this week, first mile in 6:54, knew that was too fast for my fitness but just thought I need to hold on. Came through 2 in 14:12, so 7:18 for mile 2, which is closer to my comfort zone. Third mile was 21: 28, so about 25 seconds faster than last week and the third mile in 7:16 so at least didn't fall apart after that first mile. I guess I was able to hold onto the time I took in the first mile.
