Very hot and humid this morning, could barely see through the fog. Didn't have watch, ran to Clarendon, up wilson to the trail, to the right on the trail to around the 66 foot bridge, turned around and followed trail all the back to Columbia Pike and then home. Hills were really toughon columbia Pike.
