Notes
Goal was 16 mile long run with last 4 at steady state (7:22-7:32). Was feeling okay but thinking it was going to be hard to pick it up for 4 miles at the end. Surprisingly though, I was able to do and felt okay. Stopped about midway through mile 1 for water at the gas station fountain, and again at triangle park. Otherwise, ran the lat 4 straight through.
