Ran after work, finally able to force myself to run at the end of a 12 hour shift. Planned for Tuesday as well, but forgot my clothes at home in the morning so I skipped Tuesday. Planning to run on Thursday after work again. Need to get in the habit of running tired, even if just for 30 min!
