Gorgeous morning, bright sunshine and cold air, nice views of the river and scenery on Riverside-did a basic out and back and then tacked on by running out to shiplock park at the end. Stopped for a few min on brown's island to help a lady who fell on the ice and hit her head. Pretty hilly, will map it and figure out if it's worth calling a "hill" run
