made a tempo out of this:
First 1.5 easy warm up--
Next 3.5@7:24/mi
Next 0.5@7:50/mi
Next 1.0@7:35/mi
finished the hour with one more mile (somewhere around 8:15-8:30)
Wanted to run 2 more miles and thought they'd be slow/easy but had to reset the treadmill and when I restarted (after only a few second break), my legs had new life.
Built back up to a 7:35, then 7:24 pace and ran the last 2 in 15:55 (even though that only works out to just under 8, it felt so easy)
