Took off fast with Jen, ran first 7.5 in about 58 min, for a 7:44 pace-way too fast obviously but was feeling okay and we were talking. Knew I was going to need to slow down but figured I'd wait til Jen turned around at 7.5. Felt pretty crappy for a few miles after that, but then finished the run strong. Much faster pace overall than the last few weeks, and this week was really hard in terms of training.
