Was supposed to race a 5k this weekend hard and ten with warm up and cool down total 9 miles. I ave to work te next 3 days so a race was out. I planned to run a hard 3 miles after a 2 mile warm up then finish out the last 4. I couldn't run the 3 consecutively without stopping. Legs felt dead-had to stop several times in miles 2 and 3. Just did a hill workout 2 days ago so maybe that's why feeling so bad today
