These splits are not accurate. didn't download correctly from garmin connect. Anyway, workout was 4x6 min with about 1.2 mie w/u and 1.4 mile cool down.
Was aiming for 7:39-7:49 pace
1st one was a little fast; pace was closer to 7:20
2nd: about 7:25-7:30
3rd: 7:35-7:40
4th:7:45-7:55
Very humid and hot today, more so than normal. Started late due to class at work in morning
