Should have trained a little harder for this one, fast and flat but i'm out of shape so could only handle what I ran, and it was still almost a PR. could have had a huge PR if I had done some speedy stuff. anyway, doesn't seem to matter if I train hard or not, still run about the same times.
Ran a pretty even race-36:33 for the first half and about the same for the second.

missed markers 2, 6, 8 and 9
mile 9-10 was a mess with the mixing of the race course. i think that was a quick course rework that happened this week, but hopefully will be changed next year.
