Ugh, worse than last week. Tried to go out in 7 flat and hold that instead of going out too fast, but still slowed down miserably. Soes and legs felt dead/flat; picked up new Saucon'y's from the front desk last night so will run in those today and next Friday.
Just not in shape to run fast. Should have gone for a 5k PR last fall when I was doing more speedwork.
