12 Labors of Hercules: (each exercise performed for full 2:00, as many reps as possible)

Ring Pullups (13 regular, 12 negatives)

Ring Dips (18) (got very difficult, should move to Power Tower upon failure for remaining time)

Walking Lunges w/Light Tube (52)

Heavy Tube bench crunches (bench press tube 3x then abdominal crunch holding tube up)

Kettlebell Swings (36)

Tire Step ups w/light tube (42)

Water Tube Burpees (10)

Tire Jump/Jump/Flip (16)

Ring Pushups (13)

Kettlebell Squat/Clean/Press (18; 9 per arm)

Tire Roll and Chase (16)

Side Lunges (22 per leg)

NOTES: Dips need to be moved to Power Tower upon failure, rings are too difficult to go for 2:00. Same with Pushups, they should be done with Perfect Pushup bars. Should replace Tube Bench crunches with something else...a good core exercise like Russian twists maybe. Tire step ups didn't provide much fatigue, need to change them to heavier tube or move to something like jump squats, or 1-leg hops.
