Felt good, a bit higher avg HR than I was looking for. LRT was about half clear, half snowpack. The difference in effort between the two surfaces was significant. At the same effort I would keep up to the virtual partner almost effortlessly on the bare trail. When I hit snowpack sections the effort would increase substantially in order to keep up. Interesting experiment.
