Leg Circuit (20 minutes):

backpack and 70lb sandbag for all exercises, never set down from start to finish.

10 squats with bag on left shoulder

10 squats with bag on right shoulder

20 step ups with bag over both shoulders, right leg

20 step ups with bag over both shoulders, left leg

Repeat as many times as possible in 20 minutes.

Finished 5 complete sets and 20 squats on the 6th.
