Upper Body Circuit:

Ring dips

Ring flys

Ring leg raises

Ring rows

Sandbag press & throw

Tire twist and shove

A few sets of each, lost count. What I realized is how difficult it is to stabilize my body on the rings to do leg raises after a couple sets. Had to switch to Power Tower leg raises because I couldn't support my body long enough to do a good set.
