Easy 8 miles. Wow, I didn't expect my legs to feel good following yesterday's race. But then I didn't race all out yesterday. Ran up Bulle Rock Parkway and then right onto Ontario St. and downtown HdG. The legs settled in at 6:40ish pace for practically the entire except for the first mile.
