Weather: 28 degrees with 9mph winds.
Workout: 1 mile warmup, 20x1:00 on/off with the "on" around 5:15 and the "off" at 6:15-6:20 pace, 1 mile cooldown.
Ran the Plum Point Loop and then on Boothby Hill Ave. They should remove "Hill" from the road's name because it's pretty flat. I knew this was going to be a tough workout and I wasn't sure if I would be able to hit 6:15-6:20 pace for the "off" portion. I ended up having a good wokout averaging 5:12 and 6:20 pace for the on/off, respectively and 5:43 pace for the 40 minutes.
I'll probably feel this workout in tomorrow's long run.
