Although, it would have been nice to stay in bed, I decided to get out and go to the run. Comfortable pace other than mile 3. Ran entire course with Dan. Sam a bit at beginning, Matt D (probably during mile 3), and Jacquie ran some with us. I appreciate the fact that Dan didn't make it a race since I felt like taking it easier. I think this is a good idea and should help keep me motivated and avoid burnout and enjoy the runs a bit more and keep the mileage up.
