Ran first 9 miles alone at a REALLY comfortable relaxed pace on Gans side and the grassy loop. Met Dan, Jeff, & Tony at 8:30 and ran 9 more miles and then finished off with 4 more miles with Tony. Had a couple bars during the run but ran out of drink about 16 mi and then picked up more before heading out. Drank a lot more than I expected.
