Notes

Ran warmup on the course with Hugh. Felt better at about 2.5 miles. The rest was not fun. It was good thing I signed up for the race ahead of time since based on the warmup I am not sure I would have ran the race. I guess running a warmup is to hopefully get the legs warmed up to feel better and seems to almost always work for me.
