Bike trainer is tough pedaling constantly. I was sweating and breathing hard in less than 5 min. Doesn't help that I haven't biked in a couple months either and first time ever on the trainer. I was about to quit at 30 min and then increase 5 - 10 min next time, but Hugh came and joined me on the recumbent with Bruno in the middle so I went half hour longer. Now that I've gone the hour I've set the bar higher for next time. I did several intervals to keep it more interesting.
