Notes
We got to run Hugh's Hulen Hills since we didn't last Tuesday. Ran the entire course with Dan. Tony and Munashe passed us before Broadway. I didn't push the hills too much and didn't fly too fast on the downhills. This definitely qualified as a hill workout. I could have ran harder but didn't since I am obeying the Taper.
