Ran at Rockbridge in the shoe-sucking mud which was better than the snow last week. Ran one loop on the Devil's Ice box and then ran the High Ridge grassy loop on the other side. Very much enjoyed the muddy run and listening to the iPod. Finished in the dark since I started kind of late for an 11 mile run.
