Notes
A bit of a heat wave this morning at 45. I forgot the GPS but felt like running easy so I did. Ran with Dan S. & Tony most of the way. Dan cut short and Tony wanted to run at least 1:15 so we ran down to Country Woods which I remember doing at least once before. Found the map in my log so have the distance. Feeling quite tired this week but guessing more due to lack of sleep than my big week last week.
