Ran the Grindstone with loop with Hugh. We saw Kathy running on the trail. We made a short stop at Wal-Mart to return the Red Box movie. It was quite dark by the time we finished the run.
This was my first time wearing the Mizuno Elixir. I think they are going to work for my new Long Run shoe. Very similar to the Alchemy except a bit lighter but not as light as the Ronins.
