Notes
I decided to do a long trail run today since I missed my morning run. I was motivated to do this run. I ran on the Devil's Ice box side for the first 10.5 miles. I took a detour back to the car and used the bathroom at 5 miles. Felt much lighter and set out again. I covered a few more trails than usual and ended up with over 10 miles. Then went over to the other side where I knew I would be slower. I ran there running some parts more than once and not being sure how I got there. I finished the last mile on the other side. I felt good other than legs felt really tired by the end. It was very hard to move them. Earlier in the run if I tried to push I couldn't keep it up very long. This run showed me that I am not in shape to run trails right now. I have a lot of trail work to do.
