Notes
Took a bathroom break after running with dogs and then went back out to run in Rocky Fork. Hugh had already gone back out to run more road miles. I ran out 4 miles to an area I had not run in awhile. I ran back faster since it was getting dark. It was pretty dark by the time I got back to the road. I ran up a little ways away from home and kind of scared Hugh since he was coming back from his run.
I had a little blood on my knee when I got back since I ran into a branch that was sticking up on the ground crossing back onto the road through the dark woods.
